About the Journal: Journal of Social Studies is a peer-reviewed refereed online journal jointly edited and published by young academics from all across India. The aim of the journal is to be an objective and scientific platform for discussion and deliberation of matters affecting the society and the nation. With this in mind, the journal aspires to be one of India’s top 100 most referred social science journal with the vision of Viksit Bharat 2047.

Scope of the Journal: Journal of Social Studies accepts contributions from various social science disciplines such as History, Polity, Economics, Education, Philosophy, Management, Psychology and Communication. It also encourages interdisciplinary approaches in understanding complex societal issues which can help planners and policy makers in the effective implementation of policies. It encourages critical reviews, debates and discussion, besides its core objectives of engaging them with the latest of their findings.
